JUNK!! It's worked for the past 7 months with no issue, BUT suddenly yesterday it stopped functioning properly. The time changed and was over 6 hours wrong, the date changed to 2021, and now it won't recognize the wifi. I've tried every fix that I could find with no positive result. So, I sent an email to the listed support email address, and that got bounced back. A device that won't work and no tech/customer support. This sucks.

I have a digital photo frame in my kitchen and loading photos is so easy. You download the app and load away. You pick your photos from your gallery and hit next I believe or send and goes to the frame. And it holds so many photos!!! I really like that feature. I am thinking about getting another one to place in my TV room.

For whatever reason, I lost the ability to send photos to my frame. I have tried multiple times to reconnect the app by manually entering the connection code and also tried scanning the QR code. No matter what I do, I receive an error code saying invalid code. The app and frame are up to date. Clearing the cache in the VPhoto frame did nothing. Very limited help resources. I do not recommend this photo frame.
